Living Room
Full of options for relaxing, this room has a range of books and games with a comfy chair while you browse. There is a three seater chaise-end sofa as well as a two seater, with a coffee table in the middle. There is an internet enabled television.
A desk with monitor allows for anyone who needs to WFH using the house broadband. A small table and chairs for four is set up for cards, board games or jigsaw puzzles.
Snug
On the ground floor, the snug is a cosy space perfect for any younger visitors. A huge corner sofa and footstool has space for everyone to squidge onto for a film night using the 65 inch screen and soundbar. There are a range of DVDs to borrow, or the television has various apps to view your choice of programmes on. There is also a nintendo wii and a range of games to play on it.  The storage unit tucks away a range of lego, duplo, playmobile and games, many with a pirate theme, that should provide ample distraction while adults get a coffee and relax in the kitchen across the hall.
Kitchen
A sizeable, light filled space, the kitchen has everything you need for catering for a large group. The dining table extends to seat 12. There is a microwave, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, and boiling water tap. Ice comes on demand from the fridge/freezer.  There is a sofa for reading the papers, and bifold doors open onto the garden with seating area including a hanging chair.  The far side of the garden has a door to the garage.
